After being a stay at home mom for several years, I decided to go to American River College. I have always enjoyed art and creating  graphic art such as posters and handouts for my children’s school. I decided to take classes in Art New Media, this is ARC’s graphic arts course of study. I started taking classes in January 2011 and graduated with my AA in May 2015. Along with my degree I also earned my Graphic Design certificate along with other art based certificates. Since graduating I have worked for a few companies as well as helped friends with their graphic design needs. I love creating and making people’s ideas come to life through art. I enjoy adjusting and problem solving projects that are struggling to be exactly what someone envisioned. I design logos, buisness cards, brochures, flyers, page layouts, product packaging, signs, and WordPress websites.
